PARENTS, PLEASE NOTE:
"Initial Set-Up Fees" in the amount of $250.00, as well as the first month's regular fees, are due prior to initiation of services. Early payment secures student's place in the program.
"Regular Monthly Fees" for all students are due by the 1st of the month during which services will be rendered - (including partial months, holidays, etc...). Accounts for which payment is received after the 1st of the month during which services are rendered will be assessed a 10% late fee - due the following month. If payment is not received in full by the 10th of the month in which services are rendered, the Service Agreement will be null and void, the account terminated, and all services immediately cancelled.

- Reliable Personal Lap-Top "PC" Computer (for use both in class and at home)
- Reliable Internet Service At Home – (preferably Roadrunner High Speed if possible)
- Your Own Personal Email Address - (hotmail, msn, gmail, hawaii.rr)
- Updated Computer Software – “Microsoft Office 2003” or greater - (Programs Must Include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Earth, Google Sketchup)
- 1 Gigabyte Computer “Jump/Pen Drive” – (portable hard drive)
- Good Digital Camera
- Quality School Backpack – Can be used also as “Overnighter” Backpack

- Expeditions: Sturdy "Close-Toed" Shoes for Hiking, Quality Swim/Snorkel Gear (in good shape), Several Disposable Cameras (for underwater photography), Personal Writing/Field Journals (one for each semester)
